Here is the back of the t-shirt below. We did the same 6 color discharge print for the design. We then added a purple foil to give the wings an extra edge to the tee!
A great example of the latest fashion line. This is a 6 color discharge ink print with a added flocking for the text.
Custom engineered print for a deep v-neck. This includes a foil running over the seams which is very difficult to achieve. Nice job by our in house graphic designers!

Great example of incorporating a retail look into a corporate promo tee. This is a 2 color discharge ink print run on our all-over platens with a higlight foil over the crest. Hats off to production on this one!

A nice combo print
The white text is full bleed belt print with discharge ink. We then came over the top with a standard plastisol print in a navy color.
•Discharge wasn’t subtle enough, so we switched to Waterbased colors. •The softest possible hand is also the most Eco and Kid-Friendly, for all the retailers concerned with Compliance.

Last week we were handed a 7 color, butt-registered Discharge Belt Print to figure out. We had no time for sampling and had to dive right into production. Because every color is Discharge Ink, the graphic could not overlap the pattern. This is the result of holding our breath and crossing our fingers for 2 days.
This is our latest Belt Print. It’s a 2 color design with WaterBase and Discharge inks. It was exciting to tackle a job like this with tight registration.

This AllOver print was designed by Brendan, the newest member of our Art Department. This beauty utilizes a combination of Waterbase and Discharge inks with a little Gold Shimmer thrown in at the end.
Apparently the Dallas Stars have a player that goes by the name “Ribs”. It seems I’m the only one who didn’t know that.
We are all excited about how this shirt turned out! It has a Discharge White base and features our brand new, homemade Vintage Base inks! Soft and vibrant colors.
This is a regular sized Plastisol print on a tiny shirt. I am posting this because I love the way the colors blended. That’s all.
